Blade Grinder 450x150x50mm – 220V 1500W – Automatic Back & Forth – Coolant Pump

Designed for sharpening and regrinding blades used in wood chippers, mulchers, industrial shredders and similar equipment. It can also be used for production knife making.

This machine features automatic back-and-forth grinding with adjustable limit switches, allowing consistent and repeatable bevel grinding without constant operator input. Attach your blade, set the desired bevel angle, set the limit switches to the length of the blade, start the coolant pump and start the grinding. The mounting table uses slotted holes, allowing blades with different bolt hole spacings to be securely mounted.

NOTE ensure you set the grinding wheel above the blade at first, and then adjust the grinder down to avoid collision with the blade on start up.

Ideal for workshops, contractors, arborists and engineering businesses maintaining their own cutting equipment and knife makers.
