Our Returns Policy

At Peek Machinery we stand behind the quality of our products and operate in full compliance with the 
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order 
number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange for the item to be returned for inspection. This helps us understand the problem and prevent 
it happening again.
• Where the fault is our responsibility, we will repair the item free of charge.
• If the issue was caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accident, tampering or modification, we can 
still repair it but charges will apply, and our warranty will be void.

Refunds
We prefer to repair items where possible. A refund will only be issued in the following situations: - The item 
is beyond reasonable repair, or - The fault is considered a major failure under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or changed circumstances (such as switching motor types or no 
longer needing the item).
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we are not required to accept returns in these situations, so all sales are 
final unless the product fails to meet the guarantees of the Act.

Return Procedure
1. Contact us first before returning any item.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. For faults that are our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. In all other 
cases return shipping is at your expense.
4. The item must be returned in the same condition and to the same packaging standard as when it was 
received, with adequate protection during transit.
5. If the item has been tampered with or modified in any way, our warranty is void and we reserve the 
right to refuse the return.

All returns are assessed case by case. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used 
incorrectly or altered.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after 
inspection.
