Trizact abrasives are ideal for applications requiring a fine finish, and are suited for a variety of metals such as stainless steel, chromium, nickel and cobalt-based materials.

Trizact abrasives deliver more consistent finishes, consistent cut rates, and cooler grinding and finishing temperatures than conventional abrasives. They continuously expose fresh abrasive cutting surfaces, for more predictable, lower reject rates, higher worker productivity and more consistent quality in your end products.

Engineered using microreplication technology, Trizact is comprised of miniscule 3D aluminum-oxide structures spread across the entire surface of the abrasive material.

As the structures on the surface break down with use, new layers of mineral take their place — keeping the abrasive sharp and ensuring it lasts up to five times longer than its conventional counterparts.

Because Trizact runs cooler than other abrasives, it’s excellent for coloured surfaces and drastically reduces both warping and discolouration in the finish.

All of our belts are taped and butt joined (not overlapped) providing smooth, bump free tracking.
